The Patio Homes will be built on a lot released by Developer/Builder.

If you would like to reserve a patio home to be built in Fluvanna's First Active Adult Community, please review and complete as follows. All reservations are offered on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS with the following terms and conditions.

  • A $1,000 - reservation fee is required for all patio home reservations and will be held in escrow at Century 21 Monticello Properties.
  • If a ratified contract between Purchaser(s) and Bridge Hampton Builders is achieved the deposit shall be credited to the contract price. If no ratified contract between Purchaser(s) and Bridge Hampton Builders is achieved within 60 days, the deposit will be returned.
